48-hour Cancellation Policy: At the time of booking your initial service, a credit card will be required to hold your appointment. You will be given a reminder/confirmation call 48-hours prior to your service. If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so then or atleast 48-hours prior to your appointment time. If you need to cancel with less than 48-hours notice, we try our best to fill the appointment time. If we are able to fill your appointment time with another client's request, you will not be charged the cancellation fee. However, if we are unable to fill the appointment time, a cancellation fee equal to half the total of your scheduled service will be charged to your credit card. Thank you for your understanding.
