I am now in full swing with the development of my product line. I have invested in a company located in Vietnam (which is my home country). Lôngmi Lashes by Daniel, VN manufactures all of my lashes. I design all of my lashes- extensions, faux flare, and faux strip lashes. The employees take a lot of care in making sure the lashes are exactly as I designed. Though my lash products are currently exclusive to Lôngmi by Daniel clients, I am in the process of making my lash designs available for everyone.

There are currently 120 people working at my company in Vietnam, with the capacity for a total of 500 employees. My company also serves as a charity in that employees are also fed and provided housing. Many of the employees come from poor backgrounds and may be orphans, have disabilities, and/or handicaps. Vietnam does not have a social welfare system as the U.S. does and it may be very challenging for people with disabilities to earn a living; many of these people are discriminated against and have limited employment opportunities. Growing up in a poor family in Vietnam, I can empathize which is why I chose to create this employment/feeding/housing model for my company.

Daniel visited his company in March 2010 and helped prepare lunch for the workers.

"I am happy to shop less for myself to save money for their lunches."
